We're seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our operations team and help manage the flow of cutting-edge lighting and AV equipment. This role is ideal for someone with a love for the performing arts and strong attention to detail.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- A passion for theater, esports or stage production
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software a plus
- Ability to lift and move equipment as well make deliveries to clients
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries of lighting and technology equipment
- Track shipments and maintain delivery records
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space

- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage
- Prepare equipment for deliveries and make the deliveries
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and readiness of gear
