Warehouse Associates are individual contributors responsible for executing warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Warehouse associates receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse. Ensures various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP (SxE) system.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-330p, 8am-430p, 830a-5p. Manager is flexible with start time but it must be consistent. OT mandatory.
-Epicore experience preferred.
-Client will initiate additional screenings for DOD clearance.
-Previous forklift experience required. Client will certify.
-Previous experience in a Warehouse required. Expected to be able to resolve minor issues on site.
-Will be responsible for ordering materials.
-Will handle shipping and receiving for client.
-Need someone reliable and dependable. Will be only Vallen associate on site after training.
-Steel toe shoes required.
-Dress code: pants/khakis and a t-shirt/polo. No shorts.
4+ years relevant experience and/or training. High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
Relevant experience and/or aptitude should include:
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing, or moving goods in a warehouse environment; forklift / cherry picker experience preferred.
o Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy (DoE) Security Clearance. Candidates must be willing and able to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and receive authorization to access Controlled Unclassified Information related to the U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Department of Energy programs. Verification and authorization may be required from (1) the U.S. Government, (2) the security organizations of ATI’s customers in the U.S. Government’s defense and national security supply chain, of (3) ATI’s Law Department. Due to the nature of its operations, including certain federal government contracts, ATI Margate Operations must track – and in some case limit employment opportunity based on – citizenship or immigration status.
