Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Stocker/Sales Associate to join our team. This dual-role position involves warehouse operations and basic customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, handling inventory, and interacting with customers when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift, move, and stock items up to 50 lbs
- Accept and log incoming shipments
- Pick, process, and pack outgoing orders accurately
- Restock inventory on shelves and update stock records
- Perform regular inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- Use a computer for order processing and inventory updates
- Provide customer service in person, via phone, or email as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Experience using a pallet jack is preferred
- Basic computer literacy (email, order systems, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior warehouse or retail experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
