Sales Coordinator
Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams in bringing big ideas - and big orders - to life. The Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be a key support player working closely with our Sales and Business Development team to keep things running smoothly. One day might mean communicating with a buyer or prepping sample boxes, the next could involve organizing product data or helping us get ready for a trade show. No two days are quite the same and we like it that way!

Responsibilities:
- Wholesale Support: Assist with product uploads, inventory updates, and customer data in wholesale platforms.
- CommunicationRelationship Building: Engage with customers, prospects, and wholesale partners via phone and email to provide support, answer questions, and nurture relationships.
- Team Liaison: Coordinate across departments - Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Marketing - to ensure projects are moving forward and staying on track.
- Tradeshow Readiness: Help plan, pack, and prep for trade shows including merchandising, logistics, and materials management.
- Potential Travel: Attend trade shows and industry events as needed to support our sales and merchandising efforts.
- AdminLogistics: Assist with everyday sales operations like sample shipments, packing boxes, updating product lists, and keeping things organized.
- Growth Projects: Take on new challenges and stretch assignments in support of business development and growth goals.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
- Mindset: Motivated, flexible, and willing to dive into whatever's needed to get the job done.
- People Skills: Comfortable picking up the phone, talking to strangers, and building genuine connections.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to track and follow up on moving pieces, dates, and deliverables across departments.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales platforms or a willingness to learn tools like Shopify, MarketTime, and Excel.
- Team Player: Ready to collaborate, take direction, and roll up your sleeves when it's crunch time.
Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-site work located in Robinson Township, PA at our National Operations, SupportDistribution Center.
