ReadyWork is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. This position involves overseeing the daily warehouse activities, managing inventory, and ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving processes.
- Oversee order picking activities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management within the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in picking packing techniques and shipping receiving processes.
- Experience in order picking within a distribution center setting.
- Familiarity with operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
