Job Overview
King Appliance Installs is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse & Field Operations Manager with direct experience in appliance installation and logistics. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that installation crews are fully prepared and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily routes and confirm crews are properly dispatched
- Ensure all appliances, parts, and accessories are in stock and labeled for upcoming jobs
- Manage warehouse inventory and implement labeling systems for scheduling efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for installers in the field, providing troubleshooting support as needed
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and accountability across all warehouse operations
- Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and a team-focused environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in appliance installation and/or appliance logistics is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
