Responsibilities:
- Manage the picking, staging, and shipping operations for our key clients.
- Lead forklift drivers and warehouse associates to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate pick-up appointments with transportation providers.
- Oversee and be accountable for shipping/outbound KPIs.
- Provide warehouse management with end of day/shift handover information.
- Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Previous logistics experience, ideally in a shipping/receiving capacity.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Familiar with WMS.
- Proven experience managing personnel to meet operational objectives.
- Strong at multitasking and task delegation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
