Job Title: Warehouse Manager

About the Role
CBS Global USA Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in our Badin, NC facility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in logistics, inventory management, team supervision, and safety compliance.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory control, and maintaining a safe and compliant warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and outbound logistics activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Extensiv Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Coordinate material handling equipment usage and upkeep
- Support warehouse layout planning and workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and ISO quality standards
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and operational procedures
- Participate in mechanical troubleshooting and minor facility/equipment maintenance
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support operational success
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience (automotive or manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- Experience using WMS platforms (Extensiv, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capability for minor repairs or equipment adjustments
- Forklift certified with demonstrated safe operation experience
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
Preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Experience working with industrial racking systems and barcode labeling systems
- Background in light assembly or repack operations
- Familiarity with lean principles and 5S methodology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
