We are looking for local applicants for a Warehouse Manager to run the day-to-day operations in our Tualatin, Oregon warehouse. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build systems to ensure things run smoothly.

Responsibilities
1. Manage the efficient flow of materials.
2. Ensure accurate inventory records.
3. Drive continuous improvement.
4. Manage shipping, receiving and incoming inspections.
5. Work with team to ensure workload is balanced.
6. Maintain physical condition and safety of warehouse and equipment.
Experience and Education:
1. Minimum 4-year degree.
2. Five+ years’ experience in warehouse operations.
3. Minimum one year managing staff.
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, & Outlook.
4. Knowledge of MRP.
5. OSHA forklift certification.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills
Skills/Knowledge:
1. Proven problem solving skills.
2. Experience with UPS, FedEx, and international shipments.
3. Ability to work unsupervised.
4. Ability to lift 50 pounds daily.
5. Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
