Job Description
We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team and act as the right hand to our Warehouse Manager. This role is critical to supporting day-to-day inventory handling, Amazon FBA and B2B fulfillment, and warehouse operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Handling & Support
- Receive and count incoming shipments; assist with putaway
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with discrepancy resolution
- Identify and report low stock, damages, or mislocated SKUs
- Assist with returns—inspection, restocking, or disposal per policy
- Flag product defects, packaging errors, or quality concerns
Fulfillment – Amazon FBA & B2B
- Execute FBA replenishments: pick, palletize, label, and prep shipments
- Fulfill B2B orders: pick, palletize, and prepare for outbound freight
- Apply UPCs, FNSKUs, batch/lot labels, or promotional stickers
Warehouse Operations
- Loading Outbound Shipments
- Unload inbound deliveries or containers
- Palletize and shrink-wrap outbound shipments per protocol
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and carts as certified
- Follow and enforce safety procedures; report any incidents promptly
Value-Added Services & Special Projects
- Assemble multi-SKU kits, gift sets, and seasonal bundles
- Perform packaging swaps or rework for compliance or marketing
- Support promotional and custom fulfillment initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Forklift and/or reach truck certified (required)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience with Amazon FBA prep or B2B shipments a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and scanners
- Must be a team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
