Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily duties of the warehouse team and the timely movement of product for fulfillment. The position trains and directs the warehouse team in the pulling and packing of beauty merchandise to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, this person should be ready to bring new ideas, hands on leadership and positivity to the team.

Leadership Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading a capable, energetic team with a high level of productivity and accountability. The Supervisor will be required to set goals and create a space for success for team members while ensuring effective coordination with other PLA Beauty teams. Additionally, this person will recruit, train, coach, mentor, develop, lead and celebrate everyone on the team in conjunction with HR and in compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Assign, direct and monitor the work of all warehouse associates
· Lead by example to ensure all procedures and best practices are consistently followed
· Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement
· Establish, support and promote a safe work environment through policy, procedure and regular follow-up
· Set daily priorities based on the needs of the business and the direction of the Warehouse Manager
· Provide clear, positive and timely communication to the warehouse team of all daily, weekly and monthly priorities
· Ensure staffing levels meet business needs
· Complete pulling and packing duties regularly based on business demands
· Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular cycle counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies
· Monitor and oversee the missing orders process
· Monitor and oversee daily shipping process to include UPS & DHL pick-ups
· Report the packer/puller/order statuses regularly to the Warehouse Manager
· Work with the inventory manager as needed to organize, inspect and store incoming shipments
· Be a resource for team member questions
· Act as the Warehouse Manager in his absence
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
· Forklift certification preferred
· At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred
· Associate degree in Business or similar discipline preferred.
· At least 1 year of leadership experience required
· Highschool diploma or equivalent required
· Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of walking, lifting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling and carrying
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
