About the Role

Are you an operational warehouse leader with a track record of driving flawless inventory control and shop-floor execution? As our Materials Receiving Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the safe, high-quality, and efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and packaging across our warehouses, manufacturing plants, contract manufacturers, and copackers. Applying Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles, you will lead shift operations, maintain strict compliance with EHS and Quality (GMP) standards, optimize warehouse capacity, and execute precise inventory management in SAP WMS/EWM. Core Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations & Material Flow: Supervise the end-to-end receiving, putaway, inventory rotation, and timely dispatch of materials to manufacturing plants, copackers, and external subsidiaries.
  • Team Leadership & Shift Governance: Manage daily shift schedules, manpower capacity, training, and operational assignments while fostering positive labor relations and resolving workforce concerns promptly.
  • Safety, Quality & EHS Compliance: Lead daily warehouse walkthroughs, enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and EHS standards, oversee hazardous/flammable material storage, and manage Gensuite safety findings.
  • Inventory Control & System Management: Monitor warehouse capacity, conduct cycle counts, manage controlled materials, and analyze real-time inventory flow using SAP WMS/EWM and DOMO reporting dashboards.
  • Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Inspect warehouse facilities, material handling equipment (MHE), and storage systems, coordinating preventive maintenance and enforcing pest control and 5S housekeeping routines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience supervising operational teams in receiving warehouses, distribution centers (DCs), or manufacturing environments.
  • Advanced use of ERP systems, specifically SAP (WMS/EWM modules, transaction management such as /SCWM/MON).
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (DOMO, Advanced Excel).
  • Solid knowledge of Quality (GMP) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong track record in direct personnel leadership, shift scheduling, and conflict resolution on the shop floor.
  • Experience coordinating external off-site storage facilities and managing logistics financial provisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills (interacting with Plant Operations, Suppliers, HR, and Quality teams).
  • High analytical capacity for space utilization, bottleneck identification, and operational throughput optimization.
