This position works independently in the receiving, distribution and inventory control of parts, equipment, tools and other supplies.
1. Receiving and Storing Goods: Unpacking, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
2. Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, verifying accuracy, and participating in cycle counts to maintain inventory records.
3. Operating Equipment: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Maintaining Order: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
5. Data Entry: Entering information into Oracle to track inventory and shipments.
6. Communication: Interacting with co-workers and the different department to ensure they receive their parts & ordered items.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record to meet the requirements to be an eligible user of company vehicles.
9. Responsible to keep work areas safe and free of hazards. Performs Field Level Risk Assessments.
10. Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions as required to perform his duties in a safe and efficient manner.
11. Comply with daily, weekly and monthly safety directives, policies, and procedures.
12. Maintain confidentiality with respect to Redpath and client information.
13. Complies with and ensure compliance with Redpath’s Policies and Procedures as detailed in the appropriate manuals, handbooks, directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
14. Able to work in excess of 40 hours a week, overtime, day and nights, weekends, holidays and shift rotations.
15. Compliance with Redpath Core Competencies is an essential duty and responsibility.

Education: High school Diploma or GED
Work Experience: 2 years experience preferred
Knowledge Required:
1. Must be able to demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials.
2. Knowledge of the mining industry underground environment
3. Knowledge and understanding of mine regulations pertaining to construction in mining.
