Your Role at Acousti
As a Warehouse Helper, you will support the efficient daily operations of our warehouse. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members, you will assist in loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery preparation. Your contributions will help maintain smooth operations, enabling the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Load and unload materials at the warehouse and job sites
- Assist truck drivers in delivering and placing materials at designated locations
- Move materials within the warehouse and organize inventory to support daily operations
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
What We’re Looking for in You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Reliability and punctuality in meeting schedules and deadlines
- Basic communication skills to collaborate with drivers and job site personnel
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 70 pounds
- Pass background checks and drug tests to access restricted job sites, including but not limited to military bases
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the above, we would prefer candidates with:
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Familiarity with material handling equipment or tools
- CDL License
Education Requirements
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
