Come join our team! Mobius has an exciting position for a Wargames and Exercises Analyst provides analytical assistance for the Missile Defense Agency’s Wargames and Exercises Directorate. The analyst is primarily responsible for coordination, consolidation, and preparation of weekly deliverables. Conducts planning activities in support of wargames and exercises to include attending planning conferences, establishing event cybersecurity plans (ECsPs) and coordinating transportation of equipment in support of testing and execution events. Performs on console duties during Wargames and Exercises events as required. Additionally, the analyst will work various assigned projects as assigned by the customer and contract team lead. Be willing to conduct international travel up 30% of the time. This full-time salaried position serves onsite with the client in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Support various regional division chiefs capture, organize, interpret, evaluate, and prepare Joint Event Life Cycle meetings and presentations in various format, data, and information relevant to the exercise event as required.
- Conduct coordination, integration, and execution of Joint Event Life Cycle events with MDA, Combatant Commands, Services, Joint Staff, and other governmental agencies (OGAs) in support of MDA wargames and exercises events.
- Compile, edit, and provide written products in support of MDA Wargames and Exercises activities to include, but not limited to: after action reports, final event assessments/reports, and other data requests as required.
- Assist scheduling and coordination of conference rooms and presentation centers to accommodate various Wargames and Exercises events and activities. This coordination may include logistics coordination to ensure safe delivery and receipt of mission equipment.
- Prepare and submit deployment rosters to track OCONUS personnel status, location, and redeployment dates.
- Prepare memorandums and waivers for events that require senior leadership approval.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in a related field. Three years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement.
- DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- 7 years relevant experience. Experience with DoD testing desired. Experience with DoD test execution desired.
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Systems/Programs is desired.
- Previous Military Experience is a plus.
- Must have ability to quantify and conduct logical reasoning; products and associated processes are of a technical nature.
- Able to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Be willing to conduct international travel up 30% of the time.
- The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job – lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds; sit for extended periods of time; and use a personal computer keyboard and mouse.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 (depends on experience)
