We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Weedmaps Expert to join our team. This role is essential for enhancing the user experience on our platform by providing expert guidance and insights into cannabis-related products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the cannabis industry, particularly in relation to Quantum engineering, and will be committed to educating users about the brand and uses of various cannabis products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary resource for users seeking information about cannabis products, services, and industry trends.
- Provide expert advice on products pictures, deals , designs
- Conduct in-depth research on cannabis-related topics, including Quantum engineering applications within the industry and competitors .
- Create engaging content that educates users about cannabis products, usage methods, and deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that highlight key featured products available on Weedmaps.
- Monitor user feedback and inquiries to continuously improve the quality of the service provided .
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and advancements in Quantum engineering related to cannabis.
Experience
- Proven experience or knowledge in the cannabis industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with weedmaps +1 yr.
- Familiarity with Quantum engineering concepts and their relevance to cannabis applications is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience in customer service or user engagement roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
