Welfare Support Officer (NEC)

This is a remote position.

One of our resilience customers is seeking a Welfare Support Officer to assist with applications for Discretionary Housing Payments(DHP's) and Local Welfare Assistance now known as Crisis & Resilience(CRF).

Experience of Housing Benefit assessment is essential along with being a NEC(Northgate) user.

On offer is:

• Fully remote working
• 3 months initial contract
• £24.00 per hour (umbrella) / 37hrs per week

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years Senior Benefits experience
• Experience of assessing applications for DHP's or C&RF
• Be a NEC (Northgate) user
