We at Dragonfly Wellness are seeking a Wellness Associate who can exemplify the patient first mindset our pharmacy hopes to convey. The ideal Wellness Associate would help ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy, while providing quality care to its patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist cardholders with understanding of available products, proper use of medical devices, and educate on methods of consumptions or applications
- Staying on top of new cannabis products on the market, as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research
- Verify status of individual's medical cannabis dosage parameters
- Authorize entry of cardholders to the counseling area
- Take refill orders from a QMP
- Provide pricing and product information
- Processing customers' payments using MJFreeway's Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment
Required Skills:
- Patient first mentality, in addition to exceptional customer service skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a criminal background check
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of Windows operating system and familiarity with Google Drive, as well as a general tech savviness
- Basic math skills
- Punctuality
- Light lifting
- Spanish speaking preferred
