Position Overview:
Are you passionate about health and wellness or improving the lives of others? We are looking for driven, motivated, and friendly individuals to provide excellent health and wellness experiences at our cutting-edge and rapidly growing wellness clinic offering light therapy, Class IV laser therapy and other non-invasive, wellness modalities to our clients. We are dedicated to improving the lives of people who want a better quality of life, health, energy, and physical condition. We are seeking individuals interested in the medical field, health and wellness, or startups.
-CMA, LPN, and Personal Trainers or other athletic/clinicians/medical field personnel encouraged to apply. Training is provided.
Positions available in Woodbury, Maple Grove and Eden Prairie
Requirements:
- Experience in operating wellness or medical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of wellness modalities and treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality customer/client service.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm and passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with new wellness technologies and practices.
- Team player and fast learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in wellness or medical technologies.
- Experience in a wellness or healthcare clinic setting.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to operating wellness equipment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend training or professional development events.
- Ability to work at multiple clinic locations as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
