The Work
We specialize in interior and exterior residential window cleaning, working with homeowners, real estate agents, and property managers.
✔ Active & Fast-Paced: This is not back-breaking labor, but you’ll stay moving all day. You’ll be working outdoors, climbing ladders, and perfecting the art of window cleaning.
✔ Views: We clean windows on some of the most stunning properties in the Bozeman/Big Sky area.
✔ Trust & Professionalism: Our clients trust us in their homes, so we’re looking for reliable, hardworking, and professional team members with great people skills.
✔ Learn a Trade: Window cleaning done right is an art. We provide all the gear, vehicles, and training to make sure you master it.
⏰ Schedule: Start time is typically 8 AM, with finish times ranging between 3–5 PM.
Pay & Benefits
Temporary Training Pay: $20/hour (higher with relevant experience).
Performance Pay: After training, base pay increases to $20-$24/hour, plus commission.
Earning Potential: Most technicians earn over $25+/hour plus tips once trained.
