Viper Wrap Studio is a growing automotive restyling shop located in Pembroke, MA. We specialize in window tinting, vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and detailing services. Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Window Tint Installer who can confidently install window films on a variety of vehicles. This position is not limited to tint work only — you will also assist with vinyl wrap installation, PPF application, detailing tasks, mobile services, and social media content creation. Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for detail, great customer service, and a willingness to be featured in videos or photos as part of our brand marketing. Most importantly, you’ll represent and uphold the quality and branding of Viper Wrap Studio.
Responsibilities
- Install window film on sedans, trucks, SUVs, and occasionally commercial/residential windows
- Use plotters, heat guns, and cutting tools with precision and safety
- Maintain clean, high-quality installs with no bubbles, creases, or peeling
- Perform basic vinyl wrap and PPF installs under guidance (training available)
- Assist with car detailing and shop or mobile responsibilities as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Help with content creation for social media (e.g., before/after shots, install time-lapses, talking on camera)
- Keep tools and workspace clean and organized
- Uphold brand reputation, shop standards, and Viper’s customer experience values
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with automotive window tint installation (or a willingness to learn with strong interest in the industry)
- Basic understanding of film types (dyed, ceramic, carbon, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Customer service and basic sales skills a plus
- Experience with vinyl wrap or PPF is a bonus, but not required
- Willingness to appear on camera and contribute to social media content
- Familiarity with using a smartphone or camera to capture and post content is a plus
