Responsibilities
As a Nurse Educator/Account Manager, you will:
- Travel to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities to provide wound and/or ostomy education
- Support facility staff with regular in-person visits and ongoing communication
- Maintain and grow business accounts in your assigned region
- Deliver educational presentations and promote services through relationship-building
- Conduct on-site performance reviews and clinical competencies for medical technicians
- Collaborate with and support field providers
- Partner with the Clinical Support Manager to continue expand patient outreach
- Stay current on SNF and ALF industry trends
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania
- ABWM or WCC certification preferred
- Ostomy certification a plus
- Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living settings strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
- Good presentation skills with small or large groups
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel to designated partner facilities in Cumberland County, Franklin County, and surrounding areas
