Job Title: Yard Foreman – Boat Yard

We are seeking an experienced Yard Foreman to oversee daily operations at our busy boat yard. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong equipment operation skills and a proven ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee yard operations, including launching, hauling, and staging boats
- Operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, travel lifts, hydraulic trailers)
- Tow and position boats safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
- Coordinate with service teams and customers to ensure timely workflow
- Supervise and support yard crew
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Proven experience operating boat yard equipment
- Ability to tow and maneuver boats of various sizes
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience preferred
