About the Role
YogaSix Idaho is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and foster community engagement across multiple studios. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing studio performance, managing a high-energy team, and ensuring our members enjoy an exceptional experience every time they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Drive studio growth and hit revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Coach and develop the sales team to achieve high conversion rates and member retention
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics to optimize results
- Execute outreach campaigns, promotions, and referral programs
- Maintain expert knowledge of all studio offerings (classes, memberships, workshops, retail, etc.)
Business Operations
- Oversee studio systems and operations, including billing, POS, and client experience software (e.g. ClubReady)
- Develop and implement strategies to grow memberships, retail, and training program revenue
- Track studio performance and recommend actionable improvements
- Lead local partnerships and community engagement initiatives
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improve processes
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing front desk and support team
- Lead team meetings and ensure alignment with company values and policies
- Manage staff schedules and front desk operations
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual development
Studio Culture & Member Experience
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven studio environment
- Build strong relationships with staff, instructors, and members
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Represent YogaSix brand values in every interaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience (boutique fitness or retail preferred)
- Proven track record in sales leadership and performance management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong ability to coach and develop entry-level team members
- Experience overseeing multiple revenue streams and tracking KPIs
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends (40+ hours/week)
- Self-starter with a performance-driven, adaptable mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with membership software (e.g. ClubReady)
- Background in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
- Grassroots marketing or local community engagement experience

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to move between studio locations and assist with basic facility tasks
- Able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
