What You’ll Do:
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility)
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Provide transportation for errands and appointments
- Document services and follow care plans using our digital caregiver app
- Be a steady, compassionate presence in your clients’ lives
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A caring heart and a dependable work ethic
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- Willingness to drive up to 35 miles from Hagerstown, MD
- Good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Ability to successfully complete a caregiver skills test and paid orientation
- Training is provided to ensure all team members are confident and proficient in the care they deliver
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus—but not required

In the homes of clients throughout Hagerstown, MD and within a 35-mile radius
