Job Title: Youth Development Professional
This position will entail working with Teens
Key Roles
- Learn and implement nationally recognized programs while promoting and stimulating program participation.
- Provide supervision, and guidance and act as role models to club members.
- Monitor programs, services, and activities to ensure the safety of all members.
- Flexibility when changes need to be made and dealing with a variety of situations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of classrooms.
- Attend staff meetings and follow procedures.
- Willingness to meet educational requirements.
Additional Information
- Additional hours allotted for lesson plans, activity planning and staff meetings.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED
- High School Diploma – Required
- Experience working with children
- Transportation to and from work; Valid Drivers’ License

- Valid driver's license
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
