As part of the Fair Futures Team a Youth Skills Coach will have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with youth to provide ongoing social/emotional support. Youth Skills Coaches are agents of change. Youth Skills Coaches work with youth to develop educational and career goals based on individual interests and youth strengths. Youth Skills Coaches work in collaboration with Fair Futures, Preparing Youth for Adulthood (PYA) and Case Planning Staff to ensure youth have educational, employment or vocational experiences that will improve the future life outcomes of youth within the foster care system.
Bachelor's Degree required. Youth Engagement and youth development related work experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
