Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of NEMA Low voltage Motor within a designated Industrial Market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion business area / MONM Division in South Korea. Main stakeholders are NEMA Low Voltage Motor sales and customers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
• Analyzing customer needs, stakeholder landscape, and competitor activities within the industry to support business growth.

Qualifications for the role

• Strong technical sales, customer relationship management, and business development capabilities within the industrial motor market.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or sales support, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in business systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer management skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or any equivalent qualification.
• Intermediate proficiency in verbal and written English, and native proficiency in Korean.
