Senior AI Business Analyst/ Project Manager (IGT1)

Ultimo is using AI to transform how their own internal teams work across Sales, Services, Support, HR, Finance and Marketing. As Senior AI Business Analyst, you'll own our internal AI products and agents end-to-end from discovery through delivery, launch and adoption. We are not just adding AI to our processes; we are transforming the way our company works.

The Senior AI Business Analyst turns business problems into valuable and usable AI solutions. Working within the AI Transformation Team, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, prioritise the backlog, and guide AI products from idea to launch and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating and establishing a clear product vision for the internal AI solutions together with leadership aligned with organizations’ business objectives.
• Working with internal business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities where AI can create meaningful value.
• Translating business needs into clear, practical product requirements and solutions.
• Managing and continuously refining a goal-oriented AI product backlog, prioritising items based on value, impact, risks, and dependencies.
• Delivering AI product increments in close collaboration with technical teams.
• Defining clear acceptance criteria and ensuring solutions meet the intended business needs.
• Supporting the launch and adoption of AI solutions by communicating their purpose, capabilities, and value to users.
• Gathering feedback and usage insights to continuously improve AI products and identify new opportunities.
• Keeping up to date with relevant AI developments, including enterprise AI, and identifying practical opportunities to apply them within the business.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT & Management, or a comparable field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile ways of working.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical decision-making, and a value-driven mindset.
• Experience presenting solutions, facilitating discussions, and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
• Good understanding of AI concepts and their practical application in business.
