Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly demand forecasts by store, product, and channel.
- Analyse sales trends, seasonality, promotions, new product launches, and other demand drivers.
- Monitor actual performance against forecast and identify reasons for variances.
- Lead the monthly S&OP process with accurate demand projections and business insights.
- Analyse key KPIs including revenue, orders, average bill value, product mix and store performance.
- Develop management dashboards and regular performance reports.
- Support budgeting, business planning and scenario forecasting.
- Manage recipes and store level POS system updates
- Identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for performance improvement.
