NoneWhat You Will Do:
- Conduct QA reviews across Compliance functions, including EDD, FIU, and Sanctions programs.
- Maintain and execute QA activities across sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, blockchain monitoring, and internal investigations.
- Assist in developing and refining QA and Compliance testing programs, procedures, and AI workflows.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends and root causes, and prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Apply QA scoring methodologies, document findings, and provide feedback to support remediation and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of compliance and quality assurance while building strong stakeholder relationships.
What You Will Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in QA, Audit, AML/CFT, or Compliance Testing.
- Familiarity with QA testing frameworks, risk-based sampling, and audit procedures in compliance environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to review structured and unstructured data from case and transaction systems.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation and report-writing skills, and exceptional ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using AI tools, including testing and evaluating AI capabilities for accuracy, consistency, and suitability within compliance workflows.
- Understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions requirements and the ability to assess adherence to documented procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience in cryptocurrency or regulatory compliance environments.
- Understanding of FIU or EDD workflows, including case reviews, escalations, and periodic or trigger-based reviews.
