Darba apraksts

AERONES is seeking a proactive and highly organized R&D Project Coordinator to keep our robotics development projects moving from decision to delivery. In this role, you will coordinate multiple projects, manage critical timelines, track commitments, identify risks early, and work closely with technical teams and the Head of R&D to turn plans into working robotic solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep R&D projects moving by reading every project brief, understanding the priorities, and following execution against the plan every week.
  • Own the critical path by building and maintaining project plans in Wrike, from the initial decision through to delivering 1–3 working robot sets.
  • Make sure nothing falls through the cracks by following up on every commitment, action, and deadline until it is fully closed.
  • Keep the development process on track by auditing key project gates and escalating when critical steps such as ECR planning, mandatory design reviews, NPI involvement, parts ordering, or test bookings are missed.
  • Plan ahead for testing by coordinating lab and test-zone capacity according to project timelines and priorities.
  • Make project status visible by publishing clear weekly red, yellow, and green updates for each project.
  • Escalate with solutions by identifying risks early and bringing the Head of R&D clear options and recommendations, not just problems.
  • Support the Head of R&D by driving follow-ups and helping close open decisions, representing up to 20% of your time.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bring strong project coordination skills with experience planning and managing several parallel projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Thrive at startup pace with the ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and understand what needs attention first.
  • Take ownership and follow through with the discipline to keep commitments moving until they are fully completed.
  • Be decisive by making the call when needed, identifying risks early, and escalating before they become bigger problems.
  • Communicate clearly in English and confidently coordinate across technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay highly organized with a structured approach to planning, tracking progress, and keeping multiple projects moving at the same time.
  • Experience with robotics or hardware systems is a plus and will help you understand the technical environment and development process faster.
  • Be confident using AI tools to work smarter, organize information, and improve your day-to-day efficiency.

What We Offer

  • Make a global impact by contributing to technology that makes renewable energy safer, smarter, and more efficient worldwide.
