This role is primarily aligned to the Monterrey office. Team members who are currently working from the Mexico City office may remain based there; otherwise, the designated office location for this position will be Monterrey. Responsibilities The Opportunity As an Early Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst - Recruiter, Global Functions supporting PepsiCo's Early Talent organization, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of PepsiCo's Early Talent strategy across assigned global business functions and talent populations (functions will include a mix of the following: Marketing, R&D, S&T, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, International Beverages, Design). Based in Mexico, this role will serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Early Talent stakeholders throughout the early talent hiring and program lifecycle. The position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager (based in the US) within Global Early Talent. In this role, you will translate business hiring needs into actionable early talent plans, drive consistent execution of recruiting and program processes, and deliver a high-quality experience for candidates, interns, hiring managers, and business stakeholders. Your Impact As Early Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst - Recruiter, Global Functions your responsibilities would consist of … Serve as the primary Early Talent point of contact for assigned business functions, providing guidance and support throughout the early talent hiring and program lifecycle. Partner with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Early Talent leadership to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable early talent hiring plans and priorities. Partner with business and HR stakeholders to validate annual early talent hiring needs and ensure alignment on hiring targets, candidate profiles, timelines, and program requirements. Participate in functional Steering Committees, stakeholder, and business meetings to provide hiring updates, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on recruiting and program priorities. Manage key components of the recruiting process, including requisition coordination, candidate management, interview and assessment processes, selection activities, offer creation and tracking, and hiring status updates. Partner with recruiting and sourcing teams to ensure recruiting activities and candidate pipelines are aligned with business hiring needs and established timelines. Lead and drive recruiting initiatives for targeted universities outside of PepsiCo primary school portfolio in partnership with business stakeholders. Lead the execution of internship and early career programs for assigned populations, ensuring key milestones, timelines, and deliverables are successfully managed throughout the program lifecycle. Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and incoming interns, providing timely communication and support throughout the offer, preboarding, onboarding, and program experience. Develop and deliver clear, consistent communications to candidates, interns, hiring managers, and business stakeholders throughout the recruiting and program lifecycle. Coordinate intern evaluation, talent review, and calibration processes in partnership with business leaders, HR, and Early Talent stakeholders. Support intern conversion and full-time hiring processes, including decision tracking, approvals, offer creation, candidate communication, and stakeholder follow-up. Track recruiting, hiring, program, and conversion metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders and Early Talent leadership. Ensure adherence to established Early Talent processes, governance, timelines, and program standards across assigned stakeholder groups. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, stakeholder experience, candidate experience, and overall program effectiveness. Partner across the broader Early Talent and Talent Acquisition organization on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and regional or global workstreams. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Professional proficiency in English, as required to effectively support local and global stakeholders. Experience in Talent Acquisition, Early Talent, University Recruiting, Human Resources, program management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders in a complex organizational environment. Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills, with the ability to build credibility across multiple levels of an organization. Experience managing recruiting processes, candidate populations, programs, projects, or multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong project and program management skills with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, effective communications for multiple audiences. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to execute time-sensitive processes with accuracy. Ability to analyze recruiting and program data, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing business priorities. Ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and geographies within a global, matrixed organization. Demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive candidate, intern, hiring manager, and stakeholder experience. This team member should possess strong verbal and in-system organization capabilities and collaborative skills to bridge time zones and borders seamlessly.
