The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for executing employee lifecycle and HR operational processes across the Americas region. This role supports employees, managers, and HR stakeholders by executing assigned processes, maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and contributing to a consistent employee experience.

The Specialist serves as an operational resource within HR Operations and is responsible for executing assigned work, resolving operational requests, maintaining documentation, and supporting efficient process execution and consistent process outcomes. This role also contributes to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency, and consistency.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute HR operational activities and processes in accordance with established policies, procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage operational requests, transactions, and casework, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant completion.
  • Maintain employee data, records, and documentation while ensuring a high level of accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
  • Support compliance, audit, reporting, and documentation activities related to HR processes and employee records.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate process execution, resolve routine process-related issues, and ensure effective process outcomes.
  • Maintain and contribute to operational documentation, including procedures, work instructions, templates, job aids, and knowledge resources.
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve process efficiency, process quality, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
  • Support implementation of new processes, technologies, programs, and operational initiatives.

Degree or Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting HR operations, service delivery, administration, compliance activities, data management, or similar business functions.
  • Experience managing transactions, employee records, requests, casework, or operational workflows in a service-oriented environment.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint), business systems, databases, case management tools, or similar technologies preferred.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, standardization, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and service standards.

Additional Job Description

Language Requirement

Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. This role regularly supports US-based employees, managers, and HR stakeholders and requires the ability to communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally in English.

Scope of Role / Role Interfaces

This role collaborates closely with other HR capabilities while maintaining clear ownership boundaries to support consistency, scalability, and an effective employee and manager experience.
