Sr. Program Manager. Long Term Planning, Supply Chain Mexico

The team is in charge of our long term planning to fulfill expected demand, leveraging on our Fulfillment Centers, Inventory Placement, Inbound, and Topology Network design, among other teams involved in Amazon's Supply Chain and key stakeholders from different markets in the world.

The Sr Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the coordination of our Long Term Planning Cycles and that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with our business goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and deep understanding of e-commerce's supply chain.

Key job responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure Long Term Planning cycles (Q' Guidance, OP cycles, 3Year Plans); including inputs' alignment, stakeholder reviews, and final proposal.
• Lead strategical conversations to define our project portfolio.
• Plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with our goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans; tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to Amazon.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including sr leadership, on project milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in project execution and operational workflows.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards.
