What You'll Do
- Support sales team in after-sales service and fulfillment
- Prepare documentation for domestic and oversea shipment
- Liaise with forwarders and liners on shipment issues
- Monitor and follow up on shipment progress
- Handle quotations, orders and customer inquiries
