About the Role
YellowDoor Hotels is hiring a Customer Service Representative to ensure guests receive timely, thoughtful support and that the restaurant has accurate information to deliver a premium experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
- Manage reservations, preferences, special requests, and guest records accurately.
- Resolve routine complaints and escalate refunds or serious concerns promptly.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Must be based in Abuja.
- Must be available to work on-site in Wuse 2.
- Must be comfortable with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
