Join Nike EHQ as an Owned Communications Specialist and play a key role within the EMEA Digital Marketing team. You'll help shape and execute consumer-first CRM campaigns across email and push channels, delivering personalized experiences that connect athletes with the right content at the right time. Working at the intersection of Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, and CRM, you'll contribute to strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and business growth.

This is a temporary assignment running until April 2027.

What are you going to do?

As part of the EMEA Owned Communications team, you'll act as a subject matter expert in CRM and lifecycle marketing, helping bring personalized consumer journeys to life across Nike's digital channels. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver best-in-class email and push communications that drive both consumer engagement and business performance.

• Support the development and execution of CRM strategies across email and push channels.
• Manage and optimize trigger programs, ensuring relevant and timely communication throughout the consumer lifecycle.
• Brief agency partners, review creative deliverables, and coordinate campaign execution for key marketing initiatives.
• Lead reporting and insights activities, translating channel performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze consumer and commercial data to identify opportunities for personalization and engagement.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience, Merchandising, Business, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless consumer experience.
• Champion CRM best practices and help educate stakeholders on effective channel strategies and consumer communications.
