Our client is a large manufacturing business, operating a nationwide network of sites and facilities. As part of a significant business transformation programme, they are investing in their people, systems, and processes to build a safer, smarter, and more sustainable future.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Project or Programme Coordinator looking to play a key role in a high-profile organisation-wide initiative. Working alongside experienced leaders and stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to large-scale programme delivery while helping drive meaningful change across the business.
About the Role...Reporting into the Health & Safety team, you'll help coordinate the implementation of a major Health & Safety Improvement Programme across the organisation's distribution network.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with Site Leaders, Regional Managers, and Health & Safety specialists to ensure projects and initiatives are delivered successfully. You'll be at the centre of programme activity, helping to keep multiple workstreams on track while supporting engagement, communication, training, reporting, and implementation activities.
No two days will be the same. You'll be juggling priorities, building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring the programme continues to move forward at pace.
Key Responsibilities;
- Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple programme initiatives and workstreams
- Schedule, organise, and participate in site assessments and gap analysis activities
- Support training, onboarding, and change implementation activities
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple locations and levels of the business
- Track programme progress, risks, actions, and key milestones
- Assist with programme communications and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare reports, manage programme documentation, and maintain accurate records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to programme success
You're an organised, proactive professional who loves bringing order to complexity. You enjoy working with people, are comfortable managing competing priorities, and thrive in an environment where you can make things happen.
You may already be working as a Project Coordinator, Programme Coordinator, Change Coordinator, or in a similar delivery-focused role and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience within a large and complex organisation.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience coordinating projects, programmes, transformation initiatives, or change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and administration capabilities
- Confidence working with systems, data, and project documentation
- A continuous improvement mindset and solutions-focused approach
- Health & Safety knowledge or experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Be part of a large-scale business transformation programme
