This is a very exciting time to join Enviro NZ as their Manager of Technology Service Delivery and Business Engagement.

They are embarking on an exciting journey of technology and capability uplift with a primary focus on providing exceptional CX to customers and staff.

You will be responsible for creating and shaping a new service delivery capability to realise this vision.

Required

Skills

• Proven experience in designing, implementing and creating an exceptional service delivery capability within a customer first environment.
• Proven leadership in technology service management and IT operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to build on an already great culture.
• Knowledge and experience shaping and using AI Chatbots with a view on improving customer experience.
• Proven experience of utilising and implementing ITIL Service Management.
• The ability to constantly build capability and capacity within your team, this includes utilising current and future tools (New technology, AI etc).
• Experience leading outsourced service providers in a multi-vendor environment.
• Expertise in incident, major incident, problem, change management, and continual service improvement.
