Responsibilities

• Build and expand a referral network with business networking groups, chambers of commerce, contractors/trades, local businesses, real estate agents, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule both in person and virtual meetings.
• Review and interpret insurance policies to help home and business owners understand coverage.
• Provide excellence in service, customer experience, communication, and follow-up with both clients and referral partners.
• Complete necessary paperwork and other information via company tools and systems.
