Job Overview
We are looking for experienced customer service professionals to support international banking and financial services accounts. In this role, you will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, address financial account concerns, perform verification procedures, and ensure accurate transaction processing and documentation while maintaining compliance with established security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international banking and financial services customers, providing accurate and professional assistance.
- Resolve account-related inquiries and concerns involving banking transactions, fraud-related matters, underwriting, payouts, and collections.
- Perform customer identity checks and account verification in accordance with applicable financial regulations and security procedures.
- Process customer requests and maintain complete, accurate records of transactions, interactions, and case updates using financial operations and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Requirements
High school graduate under the old curriculum, senior high school graduate, at least two years of college education, or a bachelor's degree holder. - Relevant Experience: At least 1–2 years of telephone-based customer service experience supporting US or UK banking accounts.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience handling financial services accounts is required, preferably in banking, collections, fraud operations, underwriting, payouts, or related financial functions.
