We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Fixed Term) to join our team and support our recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and screening. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates, conducting initial assessments, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for our hiring needs.

What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review and screen applications based on role requirements, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.
• Maintain a healthy and updated candidate pipeline for current and anticipated hiring requirements.
• Endorse qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring stakeholders for the next stage of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Monitor sourcing and screening activities against recruitment targets and timelines.

What We Seek:

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment or multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with different recruitment channels and platforms.
• Knowledgeable on Boolean search and other candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment metrics and targets.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing candidate qualifications and maintaining recruitment records.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing, or Candidate Screening.
