We are looking for a MDM Process Architect to join our team in UPM Business Hub Poland.

“Welcome to our Master Data Management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support MDM

process excellence by developing process designs with the E2E Process Architect, contributing to

continuous industrialization and year-on-year improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across Master

Data Management. Contributes to transformation by supporting the identification and analysis of process

improvement opportunities arising from Master Data Management and Business Hub needs, while

ensuring alignment with UPM-wide developments. If you are passionate about innovation, continuous

What you will do

• Support development and maintenance of MDM process designs, standards, and documentation

across key value streams

• Contribute to execution of process excellence and efficiency initiatives aligned with Business Hub

priorities

• Ensure process designs reflect business requirements and are aligned across global functions,

Business Areas and Business Hub Poland MDM tower

• Support implementation of process improvement roadmaps and initiatives across MDM processes

and Business Areas

• Collaborate with process architects and stakeholders to ensure consistency and standardization of

processes

• Contribute to integration of process design with data models and digital/AI solutions

• Support identification and analysis of process improvement opportunities with linkage to value

creation (efficiency, quality, working capital, experience)

• Prepare process documentation, analysis, and materials for stakeholder alignment and decision-

making

Who you are

• You have master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field

• You have 1–2 years of experience in process design, business analysis or process improvement roles

combined with a good understanding of Master Data Management processes

• You have a basic understanding of end-to-end process models and shared services / Business Hub environments

• You are familiar with process modelling methodologies and tools (i.e.: Celonis)

• You are a strong analytical and structured problem-solver

• You are able to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix environments

• You have strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• You have data-driven mindset with focus on process performance and improvement

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site

collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Senior Manager, Master Data.
