Senior IT Analyst

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join a dynamic team within Group Technology. The ideal candidate will drive the requirements process, manage multiple initiatives with various stakeholders and provide insights for software development and decision-making. This role emphasizes the need for strong analytical skills and creative problem solving to support scalable, robust, and effective technological solutions.

Main Responsibilities

As an IT Analyst, you will:

• Clarify, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications to ensure a reliable production environment.
• Deliver projects in line with defined scope, standards, and timelines.
• Stay updated with developments and best practices in your field.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and external partners for successful deliveries.
• Offer guidance to maximize customer value within your area.
• Contribute to solutions that innovate and modernize the application portfolio.

Key Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills.
• Business knowledge and experience in banking.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience managing large datasets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for T24.
• Experience in analyzing end-to-end data flows.
• Skills in facilitating workshops with diverse teams.
• Proven track record in supporting solution design and defining acceptance criteria.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Experience with Snowflake technology.
