Senior IT Developer

B2B, 150 zł/h + VAT

3 days a week of work from the office, Warszawa/Gdańsk/Gdynia

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Developer with expertise in Python and Java to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge Automated Security Retest Engine. This role requires a strong background in backend application development and REST APIs, as well as the ability to integrate tools and maintain software quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new features.
• Integrating external tools and APIs.
• Improving reliability and quality of tests and analyses.
• Writing automated tests and investigating defects.
• Maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements.

Key Requirements

• Professional software development experience in Python and/or Java.
• Experience in developing and maintaining backend applications and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and application development practices for Java.
• Experience with modular application design for Python.

Nice to Have

• Experience with both Python and Java/Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs or LLM-assisted workflows.
• Application security testing knowledge, especially DAST and SAST.
• Experience with tools such as OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, Semgrep, and pytest.
• Experience in PDF processing, OCR, or document extraction.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud services.
• Interest in application security and vulnerability remediation.
