- Degree in IT security, computer science, business administration, or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
- Proven experience in PAM business analysis, solution design, or a comparable senior onboarding-focused role.
- Strong CyberArk background, including onboarding requirements, functional limitations, and integration considerations.
- Ability to translate business and functional needs into secure and technically feasible solutions.
- Experience in defining access models, safe structures, roles, and permissions based on least privilege principles.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and align business, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Polish.
- Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week).
