David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a leading French betting operator that is seeking to onboard two French-speaking Advisors to join their team in Lisbon. The role is Level 1 customer support across voice, chat and email, helping bettors with their accounts, winnings and login queries.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: 100% On-site
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customer support via inbound calls, chats and emails to Level 1 contacts
- Explain winnings to bettors
- Manage user accounts and assist with login issues
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Write clear, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or C2 level French
- High school diploma
- Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving
- EU citizenship
- Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon
- Available for on-site work in Santos, Lisbon, on rotational shifts
