About the role

We are looking for a European GenAI Solutions Expert to help shape and scale our Generative AI solutions across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building and governing Copilot Studio agents, ensuring secure and effective implementations while supporting the wider GenAI community with expertise, standards and best practices.

What you will do

• Build, maintain and continuously improve Copilot Studio agents throughout the full solution lifecycle.
• Define, implement and operate governance standards for Copilot Studio and Power Platform environments.
• Ensure secure, scalable and effective integrations between Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, business applications and ticketing platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to System Analysts, Developers and Testers working on GenAI initiatives.
• Monitor Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI developments, identifying opportunities to improve existing solutions and ways of working.
• Ensure GenAI solutions comply with technology standards, security requirements and Responsible AI principles.
• Support the European GenAI community through knowledge sharing, reusable components, frameworks and best practices.

What matters in this role

• Proven hands-on experience designing, building and maintaining Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Practical development experience using Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• Experience defining and enforcing governance standards across Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams as integration platforms.
• Ability to coach, support and mentor cross-functional teams including System Analysts, Developers and Testers delivering GenAI solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
