Brand & Sales Consultant

Direct customer interactions:

• Welcomes and assist the customers in a friendly, professional and Miele like manner
• Provides detailed product information, active product demonstrations and recommendations
• Processes sales transactions and handles payment
• Takes care of stock incl. replenishment
• Handles customer complaints and returns
• Stays up to date on product knowledge and current promotions
• Makes sure to reach own budget.
• Takes care of successful event execution together with Store Manager and the rest of the team
• Helps to ensure that Miele store always appears clean, neat and up-to-date.
• Follows the campaigns and guidelines published by own retail.

Others

• Has an interest in sales and events around the products.
• Supports other departments in Miele to promote sales in Own Retail, and Miele in general
• Is at member of the team in reaching the budget
